It's completely natural to expect some discomfort as we mine aspects of our past for glittering gemstones. If the thought of that makes you feel anxious or particularly fragile, this course may not be for you at this stage in your life journey. This is not a course about resolving past trauma and I am not a therapist. This is a course about bringing all of your gifts (past or otherwise) into the now.
This path of self discovery does not always feel warm and cozy, but it can be absolutely rewarding and transformative.
