Oh hi! I’m Lauren, a creative leadership speaker, facilitator, coach, and lifelong creative. I help leaders, entrepreneurs and teams put their creativity to work solving problems and turning competing ideas and priorities into decisions and action.

Let’s bring your ideas to life in a way that works for your creative brain.

I’m not just here for your business strategy, I’m here for you

Because you are the strategy. Whether you’re leading a team or building something of your own, when you trust your intuition and work with your brain (not against it), clarity comes. And with clarity comes energy, and that’s when real momentum begins.

I thought I needed to fit into a box. What I needed was a canvas.

For years, I tried to make my nonlinear brain fit a linear path. Narrow it down. Pick one thing. Follow the formula. Imagine trying to distill all this special sauce into a tidy, palatable box!?

(Spoiler alert: it didn’t work.)

What I needed was permission to explore, experiment, and create my own way forward.

My own ongoing creative practice and training in ADHD coaching shape how I support others, with space to think differently and practical support to turn possibilities into action.

I know what it’s like to have big ambitions and need ways of working that help you make them happen.

I might be the mirror your magic has been waiting for

Here’s what I bring to the room.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across creativity, leadership, and business. But some of my biggest lessons have come from navigating uncertainty in my own life.

Seeing possibility within uncertainty is my superpower. An unexpected opportunity. An option I hadn’t considered. A way forward I could create. That’s creative thinking at work, and it’s how I keep moving when life doesn’t follow the plan.

It shapes how I help people navigate change, pursue big ambitions, and see possibilities for themselves and their teams as the world keeps shifting.

I’m here to help you:

  • Move from second-guessing or competing priorities to clear decisions and action.

  • Find ways of working that support your energy, strengths, and ambitions.

  • Trust your intuition and take the next step without waiting for certainty.

Because here’s the truth:

You can have talent, experience, and ambition and still find yourself facing something you’ve never navigated before.

Working harder isn’t always the answer. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective to see beyond familiar ways of thinking, discover options you hadn’t considered, and create a path forward.

You don’t have to see the whole path to begin. You can take a step, learn from what happens, and build your way forward.

There’s more possible than the options you can see right now.

Let’s find a way forward that’s as ambitious and creative as you are.

Comfortable in front of the room, and a camera.

Creativity is something I live, not just something I talk about.

I’m also a working actor with over 30 commercial credits for international brands. My background in acting, comedy, and live performance brings presence, storytelling, humour, improvisation, and the ability to read and respond to a room into my speaking and facilitation.

It also means I’m regularly putting myself out there, experimenting, and taking risks. I know the vulnerability of sharing an idea, the thrill when something clicks, and the courage it takes to try again.

That ongoing creative practice comes into my coaching, too. It helps me support you in seeing possibilities you hadn’t considered, trusting your own ideas, and turning them into tangible progress toward your goals.

What’s it like to work with me?

My mission

We get one life. I want us to see what we can create with it.

To follow what makes us feel alive. To question what we’ve been told we can have, do, or become. To bring our own ideas into the world and make room for others to do the same.

We’re creators by nature. Let’s put that creativity to work in our lives, our businesses, and the way we lead. Let’s squeeze all the juice out of what’s possible.
