Hands up if you had a "Quarter Life Crisis"?!

 

I can credit mine with a few train wreck moments, and the beginning of my soul searching journey.  For the last 17 years that search was always bubbling under the surface while I went about trying to figure out my career, romantic relationships and life purpose!  The search for answers finally settled in the midst of the general world-is-on-fire uncertainty and my own personal upheaval...health issues, a break-up and job uncertainty. I know, right!?

It finally clicked - I remembered the most unfamiliar yet deeply familiar truth...I could come home to myself.

I took myself on my own treasure hunt and reclaimed my authenticity.

I now feel more alive, connected, resilient, heart-opened, inspired and excited then I did as a child!

I found my way back to that familiar feeling of my own unique essence, and let me tell you, she is bolder, more playful, sensitive and joyful than my old "representative."

Now I work with people to help them listen to their own intuition, to take inspired action, and to build undeniable confidence and trust in themselves. 

I champion and guide them to get back to the very magic that exists inside of them - their true authenticity - so they too can build more positivity and resilience, while co-creating their dream life.
