This website (“Site”) contains information about various wellness subjects. You read it at your own risk and your free will. All views expressed in this website are personal and do not represent any organization, brand, or entity other than my own. This Site also acts as an ecommerce website.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered, or monthly depending on the package.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions

Your subscription does not automatically renew beyond the committed time stated in the package.

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of your credit card information. 

  • Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:
